Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Prescott Description:

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, is located on a mile-high, 539-acre campus in northern Arizona. Phoenix and the Grand Canyon are both about two hours away. Embry-Riddle in Prescott (along with its sister campus in Daytona Beach) is one of the world's top institutions for aeronautics and aerospace engineering. Students come from all 50 states and 25 countries. Campus facilities include numerous flight simulators and a fleet of training aircraft. Academics are supported by a 14 to 1 student / faculty ratio and an average class size of 21. Both the Army and Air Force have ROTC programs at Embry-Riddle. Campus life is active with over 90 student clubs and organizations. In athletics, the university offers numerous team and club sports as well as four intercollegiate teams. Popular sports soccer, track and field, cross country, and golf.
